Through the practice of Yoga, the body is worked in extension, alignment, strength and flexibility. Yoga Practice can be used in specific ways to combat insomnia or excessive sleep.

This class aims to consolidate the practice of yoga for students who have done yoga for minimum 6 months regularly or 1 year. It is an Introductory Yoga at Level 2.

Supporting Purkal Society

Purkal Society (www.purkal.org) operates first class educational, nutritional and environmental work, carried out for the empowerment of local poor children and women at difficulty in the area of Rajpur (Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India). Since its inception in 1998, the PYDS has grown in size and in 2008 is reaching out to over 140 children and over 70 women in the community.
